Cancellation

  • Cancellation before Shipment - If you wish to cancel your order before it has been shipped, please contact our customer support team as soon as possible. We will make every effort to accommodate your request. If successful, a full refund will be issued to the original payment method.

  • Cancellation after Shipment - : If your order has already been shipped, we are unable to cancel it. However, you can still initiate a return for a refund (refer to the "Refund Process" section below).

Refund

  • Eligibility for Refund - To be eligible for a refund, the following conditions must be met: - The product must be returned within 1 day of purchase. - The product must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging. - Proof of purchase or order number must be provided.

Please note that it may take some time for the refund to reflect in your account, depending on your financial institution.

  • Non-Refundable Items - Certain items are non-refundable, including but not limited to: - Products that are customized or personalized. - Gift cards or promotional vouchers. Damaged or Defective Products: If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact our customer support team immediately. We will provide assistance and arrange for a replacement or refund as necessary. Photographic evidence or a detailed description of the issue may be requested to facilitate the process.

    • Exchange of Products - We do offer exchanges. If you wish to exchange a product, please follow the replace & exchange process mentioned above and place a new order for the desired product.
