Not Working

In the case of a product not working, you can avail of our exchange or warranty services for your Intenics bollard light. We would also like to provide you with information regarding the warranty period. If your product stops working after 7 days or more from the date of purchase, we offer a warranty service to repair your bollard light. Within 14 days, we will ensure that your repaired bollard light is delivered back to your address. Additionally, if the condition qualifies for an exchange, we will replace the product accordingly.
